To assemble the oats, take a clean mason jar and put in ½ cup of rolled oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp flax seeds (optional), 1 tsp cinnamon powder, mix it up. Then add ½ cup milk of your choice, ½ cup non-fat greek yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, and finish it off with our blueberry jam and some more chia seeds, if desired.
