They have so many different stalls selling all the traditional Thai dishes from each region. I honestly didn’t know that gators tasted that good! 😅

My wife & I traveled all the way to SF for a short weekend trip just to try this place… and it did not disappoint! Each and every course is so well thought out & executed. It’s really such an honor & a delight to be able to eat here! Some highlights include, their stuffed mussels with glass noodles, their half fried halibut with seasonal veggies (which was a fancy version of hoe-deopbap), and of course their ingenious desserts and pastries which were all SO Delish! After we finished our dinner, we turned the corner outside the resto and saw the head chef/owner, Corey Lee, teaching his servers something about the food that was to go out next. He had a very serious look on his face, which goes to prove he is very passionate about his food & takes his work very seriously.
